Effective Date: July 1st, 2025

By booking any services with HoneyPear ("we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to photography sessions, videography sessions, content creation, brand storytelling, or social media support, the client ("you") agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

HoneyPear offers custom creative services including lifestyle photography, brand imagery, content creation, and strategy. All details — such as deliverables, pricing, and timelines — will be clearly outlined in your proposal or session agreement. Changes to scope or schedule must be requested and approved in writing.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable retainer of [50%] is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the date of service, unless otherwise stated.

• Late payments may incur a 5–10% fee every 14 days past due.

• We reserve the right to pause or cancel work if payment terms are not met.

3. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible work, you agree to:

• Provide necessary assets (brand materials, locations, mood boards, etc.) in a timely manner.

• Respond to communication and feedback requests within 48–72 hours.

• Show up on time to scheduled sessions and respect agreed timelines.

4. Revisions

Your package includes [1–2] rounds of revisions depending on the service. Additional rounds of edits, reshoots, or design changes will be billed separately based on time and scope.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

• We offer one complimentary reschedule with at least 72 hours notice. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a new booking fee may apply.

• If a project is canceled after work has begun, you will be billed for the portion completed.

6. Image Rights & Usage

• HoneyPear retains copyright of all images and content created.

• Final, fully paid-for work is licensed to you for personal or business use, depending on your package.

• We reserve the right to use images and content for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Image Retention

After 90 days, galleries are subject to permanent removal. If you need access beyond that window, a $40 archival retrieval fee may apply — though we can’t guarantee availability past the 90-day mark.

8. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Any personal or business information shared with HoneyPear will be kept confidential unless written permission is provided to share it publicly.

9. Liability Limitations

HoneyPear is not liable for:

• Losses or damages due to client delays or lack of communication.

• Weather, location access issues, or other factors outside our control.

• Third-party platform issues (e.g., social media outages, algorithm changes).

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, illness, emergencies, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

12. Agreement

By booking or continuing with any HoneyPear services, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
